About Panagiotis Gougoulidis

Panagiotis Gougoulidis holds a master's degree in "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Tourism" from the University of West Attica (PADA). He has been working for 20 years in the catering and tourism industry, and through his travels he has met different cultures and tasted different cuisines. He is currently the Food & Beverage Manager of the Amaronda Resort and Spa Eretria hotel of the Manessis group Travel. Since 2014 he has been working as a lecturer in the field of tourism and food at Colleges, IEK and KEK, passing on his knowledge to young tourism professionals. He loves the good food and appreciates the quality of raw materials. Since 2018, he has been a critic of meat products in the Organoleptic Evaluation of Greek meat products, during the exhibition The Meat & Grill Days. He is an amateur writer of articles in some of the most important Greek magazines on topics related to gastronomy, alcohol, costing and anything else that interests him and his readers.
